Servo driver is a controller used to control servo motor, which is similar to the frequency converter of ordinary AC motor, and is a part of servo system, mainly used for high-precision positioning system. Usually, speed and torque are controlled by position and servo motor to achieve high-precision positioning of transmission system, which is currently the product of transmission technology. The following are several methods of servo driver maintenance.
1. The energy-saving lamp is green, but the motor does not move
(1) Servo driver fault reason: motor movement in one or more directions is prohibited.
Processing method: check+INHIBIT and – INHIBIT ports.
(2) Servo driver fault reason: the command signal is not at the position of the drive signal.
Processing method: connect the command signal to the drive signal.
2. After powering on, the drive energy-saving lamp does not light up
Fault cause: the power supply voltage is too low, less than the voltage value.
Handling method of servo driver: check and increase the power supply voltage.
3. When the motor rotates, the energy-saving lamp flashes
(1) Fault cause: HALL phase error.
Treatment method: check whether the motor phase setting switch is correct.
(2) Fault cause: HALL sensor failure.
Treatment method: detect HallA, HallB and HallC voltage when the motor is rotating. The voltage value should be between 5VDC and 0.
4. The energy-saving lamp is always red
Cause of fault: faulty.
Treatment method: cause: overvoltage:. undervoltage. short circuit. overheat. drive prohibited. HALL invalid.
